Role Description
This is a full time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Ramgarh. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves posting job openings on various platforms, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.



The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand staffing needs, support workforce planning, and help develop recruitment strategies. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with onboarding activities, maintaining HR records, and contributing to employer branding efforts.
