As a Telesales Consultant at frantiger, you will connect with entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and prospective franchisees who are exploring franchise and business prospects.

This is a consultative telesales role, not simply a calling position. You will be expected to understand the prospect's investment capacity, business interests, location preferences, and objectives, and guide them toward suitable franchise opportunities and Frantiger services.

The ideal candidate comes from a solid BPO, KPO, ITES, outbound telesales, inside sales, or lead-conversion background and has a proven ability to engage prospects, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, entrepreneurs, investors, and franchise seekers.
Engage incoming and assigned leads and understand their business and investment requirements.
Qualify prospects based on investment budget, preferred industry, location, timeline, and business objectives.
Explain Frantiger's franchise opportunities, advisory services,



and related solutions clearly and persuasively.
Build robust relationships with prospects through structured and consistent follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into appointments, consultations, franchise enquiries, and sales.
Handle objections confidently and move conversations toward the next stage of the sales process.
Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, follow-up schedules, and sales activity in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, and revenue targets.
Work closely with the franchise consulting and business development teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.
Follow defined sales scripts and processes while adapting conversations according to the customer's requirements.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales cycle.
