Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee collection operations for vehicle finance portfolios, including commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, and two-wheeler loans.
Ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts and achievement of collection targets assigned to the branch.
Monitor delinquency, bucket-wise performance, and portfolio quality to minimize NPAs and credit losses.
Lead, train, and motivate collection executives, field staff, and agency partners to improve recovery performance.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies for soft collections, hard collections, and repossession cases.
Conduct regular review meetings with the collection team and track daily recovery performance.
Maintain solid relationships with customers and resolve repayment-related issues through negotiation and settlement discussions.




Coordinate with legal teams, repossession agencies, and auction partners for recovery of high-risk accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and collection processes.
Analyze branch collection MIS reports and prepare action plans for delinquent accounts.
Monitor collection agency performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
Drive customer retention while maintaining collection efficiency and portfolio health.
Support audit requirements and ensure proper documentation of collection activities.
Work closely with sales, credit, and operations teams to improve overall portfolio performance.
