* minimum 1 year on paper exp as an AM in BPO
*Must be aware of shrinkage, attrition, AHT, NPS, CSAT,DSAT and all KRAs
and KPIs
*Immediate joiner
* Graduate only

Required Candidate profile

Must have 1 years+ on paper experience in Same Designation Mandate.
4 -9 Years of Overall exp in BPO.
Graduation is mandate .
Need excellent communication in English
Should have handled a team of 50+
