About the Role

Gauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an
HR Executive – Construction Recruitment & Operations
to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations for our construction projects.

The candidate should have experience hiring
civil/construction manpower
, particularly Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, Foremen and other site staff. The role will also be responsible for employee attendance and salary calculations using
PagarBook
.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
Recruit
Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, Foremen and other construction/site staff
.
Shortlist suitable candidates based on experience, skills, salary and project requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.




Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain employee and recruitment records.
Manage employee attendance, leaves, punch records and related data through
PagarBook
.
Verify monthly attendance and assist with
salary/payroll calculations
.
Coordinate with site teams regarding attendance and manpower requirements.
Handle basic employee onboarding and HR documentation.

Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment
.
Experience in
construction/civil industry recruitment is strongly preferred
.
Good understanding of construction roles such as Site Engineer, Site Supervisor and Foreman.
Experience with
PagarBook or similar attendance/payroll software
is preferred.
Positive communication and candidate-screening skills.
Comfortable working from the Gurugram office full time.
Valuable working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
