Job Description – Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily and monthly service schedules.
Coordinate technicians and ensure timely completion of services.
Monitor service quality, SOP compliance, safety, and technician grooming.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct site visits and coordinate corrective actions for pest-related issues.
Monitor availability and usage of pesticides, equipment, PPE, and other materials.
Monitor and control operational expenses within the approved budget.
Verify service reports and maintain operational records.
Track scheduled vs. completed services and highlight gaps.
Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, Finance, and Customer teams.
Support billing by ensuring accurate service completion data.




Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.

Qualification
Graduate in Agriculture preferred.
Candidates with a degree/diploma in Life Sciences, Entomology, Food Technology, or a related field may also be considered.

Experience
2–5 years
of experience in pest control, field operations, facility management, or a related industry.
Experience in commercial pest management will be an advantage.

Key Skills
Valuable knowledge of pest control / IPM.
Team and technician coordination.
Customer handling and communication.
Planning, follow-up, and problem-solving.
Cost and expense management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
