Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our Human Resources team at Vastu Vihar. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare sourcing strategies accordingly.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, databases and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on experience, qualifications, skills and job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/management interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, offer acceptance and joining.




Maintain daily and weekly recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Build and maintain a solid candidate database for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with project/site teams and business functions for manpower requirements.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employee joining formalities and recruitment-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Solid experience in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
