Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain our products, services, offers, and generate leads.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Coordinate with the sales team and update lead status.
Maintain daily call and customer records.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Confident and friendly personality with valuable convincing skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
Interest in technology, 3D printing, or related products will be an advantage.
