About the Role

This is not a typical internship where you simply receive tasks and complete them.

You’ll work closely with the founder and get a firsthand view of how a growing business is built — from ideas and decisions to execution, problem-solving, and day-to-day operations.

You’ll be expected to think independently, figure things out, take ownership, and help turn ideas into action.

What You’ll Work On
Work directly with the founder on business and operational priorities
Research markets, companies, people, tools, and opportunities
Turn ideas and discussions into actionable tasks and follow-ups
Support execution across business development, operations, hiring, and projects
Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and other business materials
Coordinate with candidates, clients, partners, and other stakeholders when required




Track priorities, follow-ups, and pending actions
Identify problems, suggest solutions, and take initiative instead of waiting for instructions
Assist with new experiments and projects as they come up

Sharp, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
Good at figuring things out when there is no obvious answer
Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving setting
Solid communication and writing skills
Good research and problem-solving ability
Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
Comfortable using AI tools and modern productivity tools
Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
