Job Summary

WeSage BPM is looking for a Client Support Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The role involves maintaining client information, preparing reports, updating databases and CRM systems, conducting online research, and supporting internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have valuable English communication skills, basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
Maintain and verify client records and business information.
Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
Perform data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Update CRM systems, databases, and internal platforms.
Conduct online research and collect relevant business information.
Assist with client presentations, proposals,



and other business documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to complete daily tasks.
Follow company processes and complete assigned work within deadlines.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
Graduate or undergraduate from any stream.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Client Support, Operations, Back Office, Customer Service, Data Management, or Business Support is preferred.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable working with data, documents, and online research.
Valuable organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift.

Preferred: Experience with CRM software, databases, or knowledge of the U.S. Insuranc
