Role & Responsibilities

* Generate and follow up with leads through calls, messages and other channels.

* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

* Handle client meetings, property visits and site visits.

* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and other relevant information.

* Convert leads into site visits and successful bookings.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

* Build and maintain solid client relationships.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and documentation process.

Preferred candidate profile

* 15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales.

* Positive communication and convincing skills.

* Experience in lead generation, client handling and sales conversion.

* Should be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Candidates with experience in residential/commercial property sales will be preferred.
