Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for staff and trainers. The Human Resources Manager will ensure HR policies and processes support a high-performance,
mission-driven culture, and will handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, supporting learning and development initiatives, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS records, and driving initiatives to improve retention and workplace well-being. The role will also partner with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals and growth plans.
Qualifications
Robust HR operations and administration skills, including experience with HR policies, HRIS tools, documentation, and compliance.
Talent acquisition and recruitment capabilities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Experience in performance management, feedback processes, and developing appraisal frameworks.
Employee relations skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, and fost
