· Complete Material ordering & P.O. generation for Raw materials (SS, MS, castings. Etc.), Hardware, Electrical items (Panels, motors, sensors, etc.) per order.

· Purchase & P.O. generation of Stationary, equipment, tools, consumables, machinery, furniture, electrical fixtures, uniforms for all departments across all locations. (If local purchase is done quotation must be taken and approved by purchase.)

· Purchase & P.O. generation of Worker uniforms, gear, soap etc.

· Rate negotiation & P.O. for all services availed (Exhibitions, AMC, servicing, training, coating etc.) (quotations can be taken by concerned department at locations but must be verified by Purchase)

· Rate negotiation & P.O. for maintenance work & repair (includes plant & machinery) under taken in any location. (quotations can be taken by concerned department at locations but must be verified by Purchase)

· Rate negotiation & P.O. for Job/ labor work. (quotations can be taken by concerned department at locations but must be verified by Purchase)

· Follow up for all of the above with vendors in case of delay.

· Purchase register.

· Vendor approval.

· Vendor registration.

· Vendor evaluation.

· Yearly objectives.

· A, B, C analysis

· Marketing & Sales- Work order, Technical assistance, client approvals, servicing & commissioning schedule.

· Production- Job/ labor work price information, Machine dispatch schedule, and vendor eval
