Role Description
This is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru for a chef specialized in either biryani or chole bhature. The chef will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Daily tasks include managing kitchen operations related to these specialties, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards,



and coordinating with other kitchen staff to support effective service. The chef will also contribute to menu development, ingredient selection, and inventory management, while adapting recipes to guest preferences and dietary requirements. Collaboration with the management team to uphold the resort’s culinary standards and guest satisfaction is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications
Professional experience as a chef specializing in biryani or chole bhature, with robust skills in Indian cuisine and authentic regional flavors.
Proficiency in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control, and plating.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and proper storage and handling of ingredients.
