The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and executing interior spaces in accordance with business requirements, design concepts, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interior concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
Prepare and coordinate drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, and MEP consultants.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and colour schemes.
Conduct site visits and monitor execution against approved designs.
Ensure design quality and timely completion.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Assist in cost estimation and material procurement.
Review shop drawings and execution details.
Qualification & Skills
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
4–10 years of relevant experience in interior design and project execution.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office
.
Solid understanding of interior materials and construction methods.
Valuable creative, coordination, and communication skills.
