Role Description
The Personal Assistant to the Founder will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure the founder’s time and priorities are effectively managed. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves managing calendars and appointments,



coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements and logistics. The role includes preparing documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. The Personal Assistant will also assist with follow-ups on ongoing projects, track key deadlines, and help organize events or business engagements as needed. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a energetic, creative setting are essential.
