Role Description
The Research Assistant internship at YCTC Private Limited is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support research projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from diverse sources. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, contributing to strategy and political consultancy assignments,



and supporting data-driven assessments for clients. The Research Assistant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure that insights are translated into clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex information and derive meaningful insights.
Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including literature review, data collection, and synthesis of findings.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for drafting explicit reports, presentations, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
