Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from US customers.
Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare/insurance-related services.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable handling US customers over the phone.
Solid customer-service and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a fixed shift.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
