Study Abroad Counsellor

Role & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education prospects.
Understand students' academic background, career goals, and financial preferences.
Recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses based on student profiles.
Provide information about admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes.
Assist students with university applications and admission procedures.
Guide students with documentation, SOP, LOR, and other application requirements.
Provide guidance on student visa documentation and application procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission conversion targets.
Maintain accurate student records and follow-up details.

Preferred Candidate Profile




Minimum 1 year of experience in Study Abroad Counselling.
Good knowledge of overseas education destinations and university admission processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to convert leads into admissions.
Experience in UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Ireland, or European education counselling will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
