About the Role

Solarise Semicon Energy is looking for a agile and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to develop our solar energy business in Raipur and surrounding areas.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline and achieving sales targets for our Solar PV, Solar EPC and Battery Energy Storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales activities across Raipur and assigned surrounding territories.
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, digital enquiries and local market activities.
Meet residential, commercial, industrial and institutional customers and understand their energy requirements.
Promote Solarise's rooftop solar, ground-mounted solar, solar EPC and BESS solutions.
Conduct customer meetings and coordinate site visits with the technical team.




Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and quotations and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, channel partners, consultants, contractors and local businesses.
Develop current business opportunities through territory mapping and market research.
Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and emerging customer requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project teams to ensure smooth execution after order confirmation.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
