Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Property Advisor to join our growing team. This role is highly suited for a driven graduate looking to launch a lucrative career in real estate. No prior real estate license or experience is required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with the market knowledge, sales strategies, and confidence needed to succeed. You will act as the vital link between our clients and premium property developers.





Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development: Execute timely and consistent outreach to prospective clients to generate leads and build a robust, sustainable sales pipeline.
Property Tours: Schedule and conduct weekly site visits, professionally showcasing properties and guiding clients through their options.
Developer Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with property developers, providing them with timely market feedback and project updates.
Client Advisory: Understand client requirements deeply and negotiate effectively to facilitate smooth and mutually beneficial property transactions.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, paired with robust overall interpersonal skills.
