Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Admissions Growth
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets for JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs.
Develop and execute effective strategies to maximize lead generation, conversion, and student enrollments.
Monitor the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and lead closures.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall business performance.
Branch & Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage the Branch Business Development and Counselling team.
Set individual and team performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
Foster a high-performance, target-driven work culture.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify new business prospects to expand the branch's market presence.
Build and maintain robust relationships with schools, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
Plan and execute seminars, career guidance sessions, school outreach programs,



and promotional activities to generate quality leads.
Lead Management & Marketing Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Ensure productive management of walk-in enquiries, telecalling, referrals, and digital leads.
Monitor CRM usage to ensure accurate lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
Parent & Student Engagement
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure a superior customer experience.
Coordinate effectively with Academic, Operations, and Support teams for seamless branch operations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
Analyze admission trends, conversion ratios, and business metrics to improve performance.
