Key Responsibilities
Call customers for pending EMI and loan payments.
Follow up with customers for overdue amounts.
Inform customers about their outstanding balance and due dates.
Convince customers to make payments on time.
Maintain daily collection and follow-up records.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Take payment commitments from customers and follow up accordingly.
Handle customer queries related to EMI and payment status.
Update payment details in the company system.
Follow company collection policies and guidelines.
Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers.

Requirements
12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience in NBFC, banking, telecalling, or collection will be preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and hardworking.
Ability to work under pressure.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Maintain positive collection efficiency and regular customer follow-ups.
