We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Leasing Executive / Commercial Leasing Expert to join our team and take ownership of converting qualified leads into successful commercial property transactions.

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for handling company-generated leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable commercial properties, conducting site visits, negotiating with clients and property owners, and closing leasing deals.

Lead generation support will be provided by the company. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to effectively manage, follow up, negotiate and convert assigned leads into closures.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert qualified leads provided by the company.
Understand clients' commercial property requirements including location, size, budget,



business type and other preferences.
Recommend suitable commercial properties based on client requirements.
Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with prospective tenants.
Build robust relationships with tenants, property owners, builders and other stakeholders.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
Handle negotiations between tenants and property owners to facilitate successful closures.
Address client queries, objections and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and deal status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.
Stay updated on commercial property availability, rentals, market trends and competing projects in Noida.
Ensure a qualified and positive customer experience throughout the leasing process.
