Role Description
This is a full time, in office Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and guide the sales team, and ensure achievement of revenue and booking targets for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting site visits, presenting project features, and negotiating deals to closure. The role also involves coordinating with marketing teams for lead generation,



monitoring channel partner performance, and analyzing market trends to refine sales strategies. The Sales Manager will prepare regular sales reports, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with leadership to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales management, preferably in residential and/or commercial projects.
Robust skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
Familiarity with channel partner management and local real estate market trends in Ahmedabad.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis for performance tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a
