Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Construction / Finishing Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Complete site execution, day-to-day operations & team handling.
Prepare and manage Client Billing, JMR/Measurement & BOQ with proper documentation.
Robust knowledge of Civil Billing, Stone Finishing & Finishing Works.
Working knowledge of Plumbing & Electrical execution and billing.
Handle project costing, budgeting, quantity estimation & cost control.
Coordinate independently with Client, Consultant, Contractors & Vendors.
Monitor project progress, manpower, material consumption and productivity.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards & project schedule.
Prepare RA Bills, reconciliation, variations, extra items and supporting documents.
Responsible for overall site coordination, reporting and timely completion of work.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Civil/MEP Billing, JMR, BOQ, Costing, Execution, Client Handling, Team Management & Project Coordination.
