Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end business development, lead generation, partnerships, admissions and revenue growth.

Hospital & Doctor Outreach
Regularly visit hospitals, doctors, clinics, physiotherapists, rehabilitation centres and healthcare professionals across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
Build strong referral relationships with Doctors, Hospital Administrators, Medical Social Workers, Discharge Teams and Patient Relationship Managers.
Develop partnerships for referring seniors who require Assisted Living, Post-Hospitalisation Care, Elder Care or Caregiver Support.
Maintain continuous engagement with healthcare partners and referral sources.

Admissions & Bed Occupancy
Generate qualified enquiries for SixtyPlusZone Assisted Living.
Counsel seniors and their family members regarding available care and living options.
Arrange facility visits and personally follow up with prospective residents/families.
Convert enquiries into admissions.
Take ownership of increasing and maintaining high bed occupancy.




Maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up systematically until closure.

SixtyPlusZone Club & Senior Outreach
Promote SixtyPlusZone Club and senior engagement programmes.
Connect with RWAs, senior citizen associations, residential societies, community groups, clubs and other organisations.
Organise presentations, health camps, senior engagement activities and community outreach programmes.
Build a robust local network of senior citizens and their families.

Partnerships & Lead Generation

Develop referral and business relationships with:
Hospitals & Doctors
Physiotherapists & Rehabilitation Centres
Home Healthcare Companies
Diagnostic Centres & Pharmacies
RWAs & Residential Societies
Senior Citizen Associations
NGOs & Community Organisations
Corporates and HR Departments
Insurance/Healthcare Ecosystem Partners
