Role: Mobile Lead

Location: Bangalore - Hybrid

Skills
Robust experience leading delivery of native mobile applications across iOS and Android.
Hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular architecture, or equivalent.
Experience leading mobile developers and conducting code reviews.
Strong experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and backend platforms.
Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, Microsoft Entra ID, MSAL, or equivalent enterprise authentication.
Strong understanding of secure mobile development, secure storage, token handling, encryption, app permissions, and API security.
Experience designing apps for organisation-managed devices and enterprise mobile deployment.
Experience with MDM/MAM,



Conditional Access, app protection policies, device compliance, and Intune or equivalent platforms.
Experience with push notifications and real-time user updates.
Experience with app signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, key stores, release channels, and setting management.
Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android builds.
Solid debugging, performance optimisation, crash analysis, and production support experience.
Ability to work with architecture, security, IAM, EUC, network, cloud, and testing teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions to stakeholders.
