Role overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accountant to join us. The role is ideal for someone who is seeking exposure to international financial reporting, fund accounting, and outsourcing settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Endtoend review of annual and semiannual financial statements for ICAV subfunds operating under UCITS and AIF regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with IFRS/Lux GAAP and CBI/CSSF requirements.
Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and regulatory filings under IFRS.
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports.
Assist in reconciliations (bank, investment, intercompany) and variance analysis.
Contribute to management reporting by assisting in the preparation of financial reports for the CFO, CEO, and Board.
Support preparation and filing of routine regulatory returns to the Central Bank of Ireland under supervision.
Assist in monitoring daily and monthly cash flow positions and updating liquidity schedules.




Support dashboard reporting initiatives by compiling financial and fund performance data.
Assist in reviewing Fund Ongoing Charges and Transaction Costs computations provided by Fund Administrators.
Ensure policies and internal procedures are properly followed and documented.

Essential Qualifications :
Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CPA (or finalist with robust progress).
Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit, preferably with exposure to financial services clients.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal preparation, and financial report preparation.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) as well as familiarity with Power BI
Strong communication and time management skills.
