Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai.



The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new B2B partnership prospects with employers, recruitment agencies, and HR firms across target regions, focusing on sectors such as construction, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, and IT. The role includes managing the entire business development cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing agreements in line with compliance and recruitment standards. The individual will maintain and expand relationships with existing partners, collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery, and provide market insights to support strategic planning. Daily activities involve client meetings, pipeline management, reporting on business performance, and representing WE Talent Hub at industry events and networking forums.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or staff
