Job Description: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, experienced, and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our team in Kamshet. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of documentation, legal agreements, and payment collections.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Handle walk-in clients, conduct site visits, present real estate projects, and drive sales conversions to meet monthly targets.
Documentation & Agreements: Oversee agreement execution, legal paperwork, customer onboarding documentation, and loan process coordination.
Collections & Follow-ups: Manage timely payment collections from clients, track payment schedules, and ensure smooth financial processing.
Customer Relationship Management: Resolve client queries, manage escalations professionally, and build long-term relations with prospective buyers.
Reporting & Coordination: Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, maintain lead databases,



and provide regular pipeline updates to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th pass / HSC (Graduation preferred).
Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the Real Estate industry.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Marathi and English (spoken and written).
Key Competencies:
Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Practical knowledge of real estate documentation, sales agreements, and payment collections.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict/escalation resolution skills.
Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
