The CFO will be a strategic and operational finance leader, responsible for driving financial excellence across manufacturing, recycling operations, and trading/export activities. The role requires robust expertise in commodity-linked businesses, working capital management, compliance, and plant finance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the IPO Journey
Own and lead the organisation's end-to-end IPO journey, working closely with promoters, Board, investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, regulators and other external stakeholders.
Develop and execute a transparent IPO readiness roadmap, covering financial, legal, governance, operational and organisational requirements.
Drive preparation for DRHP/RHP and other IPO-related financial and regulatory documentation, in coordination with advisors and legal counsel.
Ensure the organisation is fully prepared for SEBI, stock exchange and other regulatory requirements applicable to the IPO process.
Lead the transition from a promoter-driven finance function to a public-company-grade finance and governance organisation.




Financial Strategy & Leadership
Partner with promoters to define long-term financial strategy and growth roadmap
Lead financial planning for capacity expansion, recent plants, and diversification (e.g., recycling streams)
Drive profitability improvement across plants and product lines
Plant & Manufacturing Finance
Oversee plant-level P&L;, costing, and margin analysis
Implement robust systems for:
Yield optimization (input scrap vs output metal)
Cost control (energy, raw material, recovery efficiency)
Monitor inventory valuation (LME-linked pricing, metal exposure)
Working Capital & Treasury Management
Manage high working capital cycles involving:
Scrap procurement
Inventory-heavy operations
Optimize:
Cash flow
Banking lines (CC/WC limits, LCs, BGs)
Drive relationships with banks/NBFCs for structured finance
Commercial Finance & Trade
Oversee financial aspects of:
