Role & responsibilities

RGC Consulting (Smarttax File) provides tax preparation and e-filing services for individuals and businesses across the United States. We are expanding our Hyderabad team ahead of the US tax season. - Make outbound calls to US-based individuals and introduce our tax filing services - Understand each client's situation and explain how we can help - Handle questions and objections confidently and convert leads into clients - Follow up with prospects and existing clients by phone and email - Collect client details and documents and update them accurately in the CRM - Coordinate with the tax preparation team so clients get timely service - Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets No prior tax knowledge is required.



Full training on US taxation basics and our process will be provided.

Preferred candidate profile
Freshers to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or a voice process - Excellent spoken English and Hindi - Solid convincing and negotiation skills - Confident, transparent and polite on the phone - Basic computer skills - Willing to work in US Timings from our HITEC City office - International voice process experience is an advantage, not a must
