Role Description
The Customer Success Specialist is a part time, remote role focused on supporting advocates, partners, and stakeholders engaged with the Feminist Cross-Coalition UN80 Working Group. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, providing timely and respectful customer support, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction among users of the Working Group’s platforms, tools, and communications. The role involves tracking and documenting feedback, identifying recurring issues, and sharing insights with the team to improve processes, resources, and engagement strategies. The Customer Success Specialist will coordinate with coalition members, support onboarding to digital platforms, and contribute to clear, accessible communication materials for diverse global audiences.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively assist and guide diverse stakeholders.




Capacity to ensure positive experiences through a focus on Customer Satisfaction and responsive relationship management.
Excellent Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication in English and comfort working with global, multicultural constituencies.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements to systems and processes.
Demonstrated commitment to feminist principles, gender justice, and inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
Proficiency with online collaboration and customer support tools (e.g., email platforms, CRMs, ticketing systems, or help desks).
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, movement-oriented context.
Relevant experience in customer success, community support, or stakeholder engagement; experience in civil society, advocacy, or feminist movements is an asset.
