About the Role
Royal Pet World is looking for a responsible, energetic and pet-loving Senior Sales & Pet Care Executive to manage day-to-day store operations while delivering excellent customer service and pet-care guidance.
The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of pet food, treats, accessories, grooming products, supplements and general pet-care products, along with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right products for their pets.
This role will also support grooming, boarding, veterinary services, vendor coordination, inventory and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Manage the day-to-day functioning of the store.
Ensure the store is clean, organized and customer-ready at all times.
Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled and stocked.
Monitor rapid-moving and slow-moving products.
Identify stock shortages and inform the Store Manager.
Support opening and closing procedures.
Ensure billing, customer records and daily operational processes are completed accurately.
Maintain proper coordination between sales, grooming, boarding and veterinary services.
Vendor & Purchase Management
Prepare and maintain regular vendor orders based on stock requirements.
Monitor stock levels and identify products that need replenishment.
Coordinate with distributors and suppliers regarding availability, pricing, schemes and delivery.
Follow up on pending purchase orders and deliveries.
Verify received goods against invoices and purchase orders.
Check quantities, expiry dates, damaged products and batch details where applicable.
Maintain proper vendor communication and order records.
