We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Freelance Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition on a versatile, remote basis. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier candidates for open positions across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract qualified candidates using professional networks, social media, job boards, and cold outreach.

Review resumes, conduct preliminary phone/video interviews, and assess candidate suitability against role requirements.

Present curated candidate shortlists to hiring managers with detailed evaluation notes.

Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring funnel.

Assist with offer negotiations and candidate onboarding as needed.

Requirements:





Proven track record as a Technical or Non-Technical Recruiter (agency or freelance experience preferred).

Deep proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search technique, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with robust candidate engagement abilities.

Exceptional time management and self-motivation in a remote setting.
