Job Overview

Kuber Grow Finance is looking for confident and target-oriented individuals to join its sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective investors, explaining Pre-IPO investment opportunities, building client relationships, and converting qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective investors and generate quality leads.
Explain Pre-IPO investment prospects and the companys offerings clearly and professionally.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client queries and provide accurate, relevant information.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects and support the sales conversion process.
Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to the teams business goals.





Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
A background in Finance, Investment, Banking, or the Stock Market will be preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or client handling will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
A confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and maintain effective relationships.
