Role Description
The Assistant role at The Studio Bluff is a full-time, in office position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. In this role, the Assistant supports daily studio operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with clients and vendors, and maintaining organized records and documentation. The Assistant helps prepare materials for projects, assists with basic administrative tasks such as email management and phone handling,



and ensures the workspace is well-maintained and ready for ongoing work. This position may also involve helping with straightforward project coordination, tracking deadlines, and supporting team members with logistical and operational needs.

Qualifications
Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficient communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, for interacting with clients and team members.
