Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Staff Coordination
Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Coordinate staff attendance, leave, work schedules, and employee records.
Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Maintain employee documents, HR records, and personnel files.
Coordinate staff meetings, reviews, and internal communications.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, and compliance with academy policies.
Coordinate payroll-related information such as attendance, leave, and working days.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Admission Counselling
Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, and other channels.




Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course structure, duration, fees, schedules, curriculum, and admission procedures to students and parents.
Conduct counselling sessions for prospective students and parents.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead status.
Convert qualified enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship management.
Coordinate admission documentation and fee-payment processes.
Maintain accurate admission and enquiry records.
Track admissions, pending follow-ups, and conversion status.
Outreach & Lead Generation
Develop and execute student outreach activities to generate current enquiries.
Coordinate school/college visits, seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
Identify potential schools, colleges, institutions, and other outreach prospects.
