We are hiring French Language Customer Support Executives for an International Customer Support Process. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills in French and English and be comfortable handling international customers.

Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Off: 2 Days Off
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Week Offs: Rotational

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, BPO, International Voice Process, or a relevant customer-facing role.
Positive French and English communication skills.
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Graduation / Undergraduate qualification as per process requirements.




Candidates with international customer service experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide effective and accurate resolutions.
Communicate professionally with international customers through the assigned support channel.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and process guidelines.
Accurately document customer interactions and update required information.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
