Sales Manager - Tender Business(Delhi NCR)
Job Summary

The Tender Sales Specialist is responsible for managing government and institutional sales through tender business, ensuring successful participation in bids, order execution, and revenue generation for the company's medical device portfolio. The role involves coordinating with hospitals, government agencies, procurement departments, and internal teams to secure and manage tender-based business prospects.

Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management
Identify and monitor tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, state procurement portals, and healthcare institutions.
Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all tender requirements.
Maintain a database of ongoing, upcoming, and awarded tenders.

Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through tender business.
Develop relationships with government hospitals, medical colleges, defense institutions, railways, ESIC hospitals, and private healthcare chains.




Generate demand for medical devices by interacting with clinicians, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.
Support product evaluations and demonstrations.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
Build robust relationships with purchasing authorities, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to execute tender orders.
Address customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Tender Execution & Post-Award Activities
Coordinate order processing, delivery, installation, and payment collection.
Monitor contract compliance and ensure fulfillment of tender obligations.
Work closely with logistics, service, and finance teams for smooth project execution.

Market Intelligence
Track competitor pricing, tender participation, and market trends.
Analyze tender outcomes and provide actionable insights to managemen
