Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Zonal HR Business Partner (HRBP) role based in Gurugram.



The Zonal HRBP will partner with business leadership to understand workforce needs, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and support overall people strategy in the assigned zone. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws. The role involves collaborating with functional teams on talent acquisition, onboarding, capability building, and succession planning, as well as supporting organizational change and employee engagement initiatives. The HRBP will track HR metrics, provide data-driven insights, and work closely with stakeholders to foster a positive, compliant, and performance-oriented work workplace.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and interpret policies across zonal operations.
