Summary

The SharePoint Solution Engineer Developer 2 designs, develops, supports, and continuously improves contemporary Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, with a primary focus on SharePoint Online. The role partners with business stakeholders, solution owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, user-centered, and maintainable digital solutions. This position emphasizes contemporary collaboration, information architecture, workflow automation, governance, self-service enablement, and user experience optimization rather than legacy platform administration.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and enhance SharePoint Online communication sites, team sites, hub sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and navigation structures.
Develop scalable collaboration and content management solutions aligned with business needs, governance standards, and operational support requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements,



analyze business processes, and translate needs into solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
Recommend and implement appropriate Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, Forms, Teams, and related technologies.
Build, maintain, and optimize workflow automation solutions for approvals, notifications, task management, document processing, and business process efficiency.
Administer site configurations, permissions, access models, content organization, retention settings, and lifecycle management practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content management, permissions, search, metadata, workflows, integrations, and user experience.
Develop reusable templates, standards, governance practices, and self-service capabilities to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
