About This Role




We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable qualified to join our Fixedline, Carrier and B2B Clearing team at VOIS Pune. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, maintaining operational excellence, supporting vendor query resolution, and driving continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do
Process and validate invoices in line with Accounts Payable standards, policies, and controls.Ensure timely invoice posting and maintain compliance with agreed service level agreements.Maintain 100% compliance with TimeDoctor monitoring requirements.Achieve a minimum of 7.5 productive hours daily and keep idle time within prescribed limits.Ensure DI/DC
