Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will welcome customers to the showroom, understand their requirements, recommend suitable Hero two-wheeler models, and provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and financing options. This role involves handling inquiries, conducting test rides, preparing quotations,



and supporting the completion of sales documentation and payment processes. The Sales Executive will follow up with leads, maintain relationships with existing customers, and work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets. Daily responsibilities also include updating customer records, coordinating with finance and service teams, participating in promotional activities, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience at all times.

Qualifications
Proven skills in customer interaction, relationship building, and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
Experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Solid communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident presentation abilities.
Basic knowledge of two-wheeler products, financing options, and the local market, or willingness to learn quickly.
Comfort with using smartphones and basic computer app
