We are hiring a Telecaller to generate leads, handle customer enquiries and support sales of Mobilab diagnostic products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle incoming enquiries.
Explain products, qualify leads and schedule sales calls or demos.
Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the sales team.
Update calling records and lead status in CRM.
Meet assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or lead generation.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Healthcare or medical-device sales experience preferred.
