Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and
frameworks using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Tricentis Tosca.
Quality Assurance: Execute functional and regression testing across Salesforce
modules to ensure system reliability.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint
planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to align testing efforts with release goals.
Test Management: Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test planning, test
case execution, and defect tracking.
Reporting: Track and report test metrics, providing transparent communication
regarding testing progress, risks, and blockers.

Required Skills & Experience:
Salesforce Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) functional
testing and configuration.
Automation Proficiency: Solid experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
automation tools.
Specialized Skill Sets:



Candidates must demonstrate expertise in SFDC + CRT
Frameworks: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective test automation
frameworks and regression suites.
Process Knowledge: Solid familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Tooling: Proficiency with standard defect management and test management tools
(e.g., Jira, qTest).

Critical Soft Skills:
Ownership: A high sense of ownership and accountability for test outcomes and project
deliverables is critical for this role.
Analytical Thinking: Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to identify complex
