Manage end-to-end recruitment for international healthcare and manpower requirements.
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and client requirements.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, documentation, and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
