About us

Gayatri Properties is a Mumbai-based real estate and hospitality group. Our work spans luxury villas and an upcoming resort in Karjat, a hotel in Khandala, and urban redevelopment in Mumbai. We're a lean, fast-moving team, and this role sits right at the centre of it.

The role

You'll work directly with the leadership team across development, procurement, and sales. This isn't a calendar-and-coffee EA role. You'll own follow-ups, keep projects moving, and take on real problems from day one. If you want to see how a real estate business is actually run, this is the seat for it.

What you'll do
Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
Track action items across sites, vendors, consultants, and internal teams, and close the loop
Prepare MOMs, reports, presentations, and investor/partner documents
Coordinate with site teams, architects, contractors, and sales on project status
Run research and analysis for recent opportunities such as land deals,



market studies, and vendor comparisons
Handle sensitive information with complete discretion
Pick up special projects as the business needs them

What we're looking for
1–4 years in an EA, founder's office, consulting, or operations role
Strong written and spoken English; Hindi a plus
Excellent with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and email
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
Someone who follows up without being asked twice

Nice to have
Exposure to real estate, construction, or hospitality
An engineering, architecture, or business degree or equivalent
