We are seeking a Field Recruiter to oversee the recruitment process for our sales roles in Odisha Location. The ideal candidate should be proficient in identifying, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates from the local talent pool. They should have in-depth knowledge of the region's recruitment dynamics, be fluent in the local language(s), and understand the nuances of the local job market.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing,

and selecting the best candidates to fulfill sales-related roles across various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: -
Sourcing

Candidates - Proactively source and identify potential candidates for sales positions through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Screening and Interviewing - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for the sales roles.
Managing the recruitment process - Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, ensuring a smooth process from job posting to offer acceptance.




Collaboration with Hiring Managers - Work closely with sales team leaders and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role, ensuring alignment with job descriptions and expectations.
Market Intelligence - Stay updated on local market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices specific to the sales industry .

Requirements

Requirements: -
Understanding of Local Market: In-depth knowledge of the local talent pool, recruitment trends, and employment regulations in Silchar, Assam.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Local Language - Oriya, along with proficiency in English.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to engage candidates effectively and professionally.
Organizational Skills: Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment software, job portals, and social media platforms to source candidates.
